Eric Capranica brings over 35 years of commercial and residential contracting experience to Precision Contracting Group. He has owned and operated numerous contracting and development firms over the last 30 years and has been a licensed General Contractor in the state of Arizona since 1993. He is also licensed in California. He currently owns and operates Solera General Contracting LLC, which has been in business since 2003. Solera is a commercial and residential high-end custom contractor. He is well-versed and has extensive experience in all phases of construction, from land acquisition and entitlement to all phases of vertical construction processes in Arizona and California. Eric recently co-founded Precision Contracting group as means to focus on retaining a larger market share of commercial contracting in Arizona. As CEO, he will direct the company’s operations from business development through project completion, bringing a lifetime of contracting and development experience to all projects.
